-I wake up @4:30 a.m. to go to a 5:30 a.m. Cycling class on school days.
-Since I am on Spring Break I take Cycling classes @ 9:30a.m.
-I take a shower right after I get back from my Cycling class
-I drink a gallon of water EVERY SINGLE DAY
-I eat foods that I have meal prepped
-BREAKFAST: Protein Oatmeal mix w/ fruit + honey
-LUNCH: Chicken, Homemade Sweet Potato fries, & Steamed Broccoli + Veggie Chip & Guac
-DINNER: Salmon, Cooked Spinach, and Sautéed Mushrooms
-After Dinner I walked my dog and prepared pre-workout
-I usually go to the gym at 4p.m. but that day I ended up going @ 7p.m.
-I take a shower and do my skin care routine to end off my day.
